PATTY'S FAVORITE RECEIPES SHRIMP CHEESE SPREAD
1 Can of condensed tomato soup
3 Small packages Cream Cheese
2 tablespoons unflavored gelatin
1/2 cup cold water
1/4 cup minced green pepper
1/2 cup minced onion
1/2 cup minced celery
2 pounds fresh shrimp or 3 small cans of shrimp
Heat soup and chees; beat until smooth. Soften gelating in cold water. Add to soup mixture. Cool. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into a greased mold or into 10 individual mods; refrigerate until firm. To unmold, place hot cloth on bottom of mold until mixture is loosened. Serve with crackers.
Clam Dip
2 8-ounce packages cream cheese
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
few drops Tabasco
1/2 cup clam juice
1 7-ouce can minced clams
Blend ingredients, adding drained clams last. Thin to desired consistency with clam juice. Serve with pototoe chips.
